The company was founded to meet the rising global demand for Ultra-Low Carbon (ULC), Extra-Low Carbon (ELC), and Low-Carbon (LC) Ferro Chrome of exceptional purity. Odisha was strategically chosen for its proximity to rich chromite reserves and robust industrial infrastructure.

Although incorporated in 2020, Indiano Chrome draws on a legacy of over two decades in alloy manufacturing, combining deep metallurgical expertise with a forward-looking vision to redefine the standards of quality and innovation in India’s ferroalloy sector.
